Purchased a pair of shoes from their site. Received a shipping confirmation an hour later with an estimated delivery date in 3 days. All seemed well except that, that was the last shipping status received. Wrote to Customer Service several days afterwards to inquire why the UPS status read "Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet.". Was the package dropped off to UPS or not? Response back from Customer Service noted that UPS sometimes misses the package and to wait 14 days to see if the package arrives or not. That didnt make a ton of sense to me because either UPS received the package or not and UPS clearly noted that they have not received the package. Anyhow, wrote to customer service after 14 days and received a full refund. Inventory mgmt shouldnt be this difficult nor should the tracking of status. Clearly needs some relooking into the order and inventory mgmt process.
