Was not able to take flight, because of delays ended up having to purchase another flight. The line was extremely long because other customers had missed their flights as well. We waited in line for close to 2 hours. No other recourse was given but to purchase another ticket.

At this point, we would suggest contacting the airline directly to see if they would have any sort of compensation for you.
