Worthless. Poor customer service. All elements of the product available elsewhere for free. Stay away and save your money.

They make it very easy to add money to your account. And extremely difficult to get it out.
The worst. Avoid this company at all costs.

Best Buy uses this company for delivery. They must be cheap, because they certainly aren't willing to spring for a website that dispenses correct information. After speaking with customer service, the best I can determine is that my monitor may arrive someday. Not exactly comforting.

This is not the company you want to deal with.
Satisfaction guaranteed? I don't think so.
They go straight to defense mode rather than taking responsibility for their own incompetence.
After the nice customer service person runs out of excuses, prepare for the sounds of silence.
