I've run into a major issue on Kinguin and need your input. Despite having a clear purchase history on both the Kinguin site and PayPal, most of my acquired keys—over 100 of them—are mysteriously missing from my account. 🎮😟
Currently, only two or three are visible, and it's got me seriously concerned. Has anyone else experienced this?
I've reached out to Kinguin Support for help, but in the meantime, I wanted to give you all a heads up. Check your accounts, folks! If you've encountered something similar or have any advice, let me know.

Please be assured that your keys are still accessible to you.
We have recently implemented a new policy regarding purchases older than 3 months, which involves archiving rather than removing them. You can easily restore the keys to your Inventory by selecting a dedicated option at the bottom of the list.

We recommend clearing your browser's cookies and cache, or trying a different browser. Additionally, accessing the website in Incognito mode may also be beneficial.
