I had a unit (jacuzzi + shower) installed a couple of years ago. It started going wrong from the beginning, so I contacted them because it was still under 'warranty'. They claimed that, although the warranty was in their name it was not them that issued it but the supplier: they did not offer warrantees themselves so they did not want to know (!). The supplier, of course, said that it was teuco and not them!
Even worse, when I brought a plumber to have a look at the thing he discovered that the installation manual instructions & images did not match (as in not at all) the unit that was installed, so he could not even begin to repair it. THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED
