I went to the Taco Time in Kirkland Wa on NE 85th at about 515PM on a recent Sunday. An employee was taking the garbage out, I saw another customer talk to them and then left. I tried multiple times to order on their app, very frustrating, it seldom seems to work. The excellent food I always enjoy at every store I have ever been to is always open until 900 to l000PM in multiple locaitons. I then decided to drive to the drive through and they had a sign turned backwards. I then asked the employee if they were open, he said no, there are only two employees and we're going home. I then complained to corporate on the email web site, and they said they had staffing issues. Apparently they want me to go to other places that take care of their customers and don't let the employees choose when to close the store.

Great selection, great sale prices, shipping is a little high, it used to be if you order $65 or $70 or more, shipping was free or I would have bought more I received the wrong shirt and they would not exchange it because it was a clearance item otherwise I am totally happy with Hawaii Lily
