El Rincon Mexican Restaurant. One of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the charming town of Boone North Carolina.

This wonderful family owned joint serves authentic Mexican food, including Delicious Tacos, Burritos, Gorditas, and Sopes. Additionly, they serve an excellent breakfast with all the standard American food one could want on vacation. This is a delightful place to eat.

Products used:
I’ve eaten more than half the menu here on multiple visits and I’ve been happy with everything I have ordered. The Mexican classics here are all good.

Charged Money for Cancelled Order?
Two-hour wait times?
3-5 Days for "Refunds" for Money you should never have been charged in the first place?
Awful customer service?
Being hung up on in a chat because the person can't deal with a legitimate complaint or legitimate criticism?

If Bite Squad has been charging customers for cancelled / undelivered food orders and expecting them to wait 3-5 days for a "refund" during a pandemic, they are engaging in poor business practices. If you have been charged for cancelled orders / undelivered food orders, you might consider the possibility of a class action lawsuit. Bite Squad has indicated that it is their current practice to charge methods of payment on file before food orders are confirmed. Attorneys general in several states where the company operates will be interested in the impact on consumers.

Tip for consumers:
Do not place an order If there’s any chance the order could be canceled because this company will take your money out of your account without having the order confirmed and without delivering anything and then you my have to wait for a refund after being billed for food that was never made or delivered.

Nothing. This service is dishonest and bad.
