If I could give zero I would. I opened a new mail.com email account to replace another mail.com email account which no longer had a relevant username. I transferred some key emails from the old account to the new one, since I had some emails from a charity that I needed to respond to. In the new account I contacted everyone I deal with to tell them of my change of email address...suddenly...bang...both accounts were then blocked for "impermissable" activity. So now I have no access to any of the emails for my charitable work, and cannot continue work I was doing on their behalf. And now presumably everyone I deal with is getting bounceback unavailability emails from the very address I just told them to use. It reminds of the saying "no good deed goes unpunished". This company has ruined a good piece of voluntary work I was doing, tarnished my reputation, making me look foolish and I don't even know why.they won't say. All I did was transfer some emails from one account to another new one. I can't urge you strongly enough, do not use mail.com.
