I have been taking surveys with BrandedSurvey for over a year. It used to be a great site and process - I consistently answered surveys (30+ per week) and rarely received a rejection or deduction of points. I am a Mensa and read quickly and am able to answer questions quicker than average other than that caveat, I answer surveys thoughtfully and have enjoyed the survey process - that is up until a few months ago. I am not sure what has changed but I am getting disqualified or told survey is full after answering the entire survey and I have been deducted points for "not passing quality review". In the photo example - I completed 95% of that survey was told I wasn't a match sent to another survey and completed the entire survey only to be disqualified because the survey was full. It is hit or miss as to if the issue with late disqualification is handled when I submit a complaint but it doesn't count toward the survey numbers. Please look into your system and rectify these issues.
