Ridiculous website and service. They cant deliver on the promised time in a sub-city like Dwarka, new delhi, where they call themselves as 'highly established' and they will not take responsibility and ownership of their mistake. Even after paying extra amount for 'instant delivery' the flower reached after 48hrs and that too stale flowers especially the roses. Customer service is also $#*! and will give you a highly frustrating experience.
Tip for consumers:
Do not the trust the website as they are not updated with their local vendors and hence the delivery will be delayed always. The flowers they say will be delivered 'today' is a huge scam
