“Never received order!”

I ordered a package a few weeks before thanksgiving. The site promised to deliver the order by Christmas. I never received the order. I've reached out several times. They continue to tell me they will send a invoice and resend the package. This has been occurring for over two months now. Totally unacceptable!

For items in high demand be aware you may not receive your item
