Shipping is very slow. They tell me something has left a warehouse several days before the shipper indicates that they have the package. The package is in limbo until the day before it is delivered. They also have some weird policies, like no price adjustments. You have to order one at the lower price and return the one that was not on sale. That being said, the clothing is beautiful and seems to be of high quality. I love their stuff so I tolerate the slow shipping.
Tip for consumers:
Watch for safes and be persistent.
Products used:
I kept a coat, but ordered 3 others and returned them as the price decreased. It works, but it takes some organizing and a high credit limit on my credit card.
