DL Shutters owner Kevin will promise you the world and deliver nothing on time or live up to his promises to right his wrongs. He installed subquality shutters in my upstairs bedrooms. Promised to replace and refund $3000.00 by 06.03.23. He did neither. He was filled with promises, excuses and delays. Never do business with DL Shutters. He has failed to deliver on any promises. And I paid in cash and on time. Shame on you Kevin
