Ordered a dress for my daughter's prom. Received the notice that it would be shipped soon. We've been on with customer service for 2 weeks trying to get it resolved. I reordered and it is already screwed up. The service chat and email people obviously do not speak English well and continually offer a stupid 5% discount instead of answers. (I already had the 5% discount, so it isn't really something). After fighting and fighting, I am tired. We have cancelled the order and are giving up.
