I accidentally via typo put the wrong zip code on my mailing address and the package got MIA. When it didn't deliver timely and I realized why I reached out to them and no questions asked they immediately reshipped without even having their initial shipment found. I told them it was my fault and to charge me any extra expenses and they wouldn't have it. They just wanted me to get my product and be happy with it. They just cared about my happiness! Charles called and what a happy, friendly man. Totally turned a frustrating issue that was my own fault into a good outcome.
