I bought a smart luggage from them. Kenzie Brand. Don't buy. Cheap garbage that doesn't stand up and the company doesn't stand behind their product. One use and the wheel is completely caved in. So it's now completely useless. So frustrated and disappointed. Terrible customer service. Buy luggage from a company that will back up their brand. Even if it costs more.
Absolutely not worth it. Especially being in Canada and paying the exchange. Brutal. Wtf thank you cards and a organizer?! Boo mascara. This was my first box the winter one and it will be my last one. Where was this scarf they advertised the crap out of? Really disappointed and I was so excited

The Butter London Mascara has a Conditioning formula that thickens as it separates and the molded brush ensures full and even application. I don't wear much make-up myself but I was wowed by this mascara so I hope you've had a chance to try it out and enjoy it too.
The Modcloth scarf was in the previous seasons box so sorry for any confusion there. In order to recieve that item you would've needed to order the Fall box in September. Good news is we've also included the scarf in the Editor's Box which is available for member purchase in the shop section of your member dashboard.
We know organizers and thank you cards are less digital than we're used to but there's something to be said for writing out your calendar and getting excited for future plans. With the thank you notes. We figured with the holiday season upon us it would be a great time to say "Cheers" to the new year, and let someone know you're thankful. Marie Mae cards are also made in America, and each purchase provides an hour of business school for women in emerging markets which is something we're also passionate about #girlpower.
We know the exchange rate for Canada isn't the best right now so we try to help by providing a flat shipping fee for international shipments. International postage is usually almost double what members pay per box to Canada, however we absorb everything on top of the flat rate as our way of sharing costs with our valued members.
