We placed a major order with Pottery Barn Teen and went weeks with no follow-up. When we checked our order status, we saw that the delivery date window had been pushed out by three weeks. When we tried to find out why we weren't notified and when we could deliver several thousand dollars worth of furniture, the "customer support" (I use this term loosely) hung up on me.
I'd rather sit on a fire ant hill than deal with this company.
