I asked for a 7 day turn around on a 2500 word masters level essay. After a day I was contacted and upsold to the premium package. The first draft was delivered 2 hours before the deadline and was not on topic, not of a masters level and not written in native English. (My favourite word used was 'bettering). I immediately requested a refund and was given the run around and 43 messages and 7 days later I was offered a 80% refund for an unusable paper. I really wanted the stress of writing this paper taken out of my life, using domywriting ended up adding much more stress to it!
