Recently I ordered a $3.00 part from Pex Universe. It was a frame for the in wall laundry plumbing box that we had purchased a month before. It was shipped and arrived at the PO box where we have our mail sent as Pex Universe does not send to Canada. Paid the shipping. Went to pick up the part and the box was destroyed. It had been crushed during shipping. Contacted Pex Universe and tried to work with them to have them replace this purchase. Even sent them photos of what the product looked like and what the box looked like. They said because I had not contacted them within 3 days of when the product arrived at it's destination, they would not replace the part. They also said that when I purchased the part, by purchasing it and paying for it, I agreed to the 3 day stipulation. What happened to customer service these days? They cannot send out a $3.00 part replacement to a customer who has used their products for years? Pathetic. I asked to speak to a manager and Ann said she is a manager. Well Ann, you are a bad manager who is bad for Pex Universes' reputation! Rating out of 10- 0
