“Outlast 24 hour lipstick”

I always buy this brand. Last month I ordered a new color and recieved a larger tube with no sealer. The seller said the new one doesn't come with it, so w/o it I have to put it on at least 4 times a day. Doesn't last 24 hours. Wo the sealer
