Do not book there - they scam people! And delete reviews!
I booked a room and shortly after that I got a notification, that this room is actually not available. I asked for the money I already paid, but did not receive an answer. Instead of the refund they gave me another room and shortly after (!) the booking I received a message, that I need to pay monthly bills (90) extra (!), which where not mentioned on the website. I cancelled within 24 hours (like they write in their terms and conditions). They wont pay me my money back. I needed to contact lawyers, my bank and different commissions. Furthermore I reported the case to the police department. Now I am waiting for the result of this process. I informed my university in my home-country and hope, that people wont get scammed anymore.

However, we would like to clarify that even if we do our best to help in situations where the student does not pay attention to the conditions of the ad, we can't be directly responsible for this.
We kindly remind you that the bills were not included and that this was shown in the ad before you accepted this new accommodation.
We also remind you that we don't delete any review.
