Hi. I would like to sincerely ask other online customers who have shopped at StyleVana if this is a regular "time frame" and process for Stylevana to prepare and ship orders? As shown in my screen shot, I've placed my order on Sept. 30th and today is Oct. 19th (almost the 20th). It's been almost three weeks and my order still hasn't been processed. Every time I try to check the item(s) status I get an error message "An error occurred while getting data(...)".
Naturally, I've tried contacting Customer Service but they blame the delay on "ongoing developing situation of Covid severity in Hong Kong." Then after trying to contact them several days later I was told that my order is not yet dispatched due to "some of the items taking longer to ship" (not in stock/ available). I find this weird and frustrating because, clearly, I only chose items that were available and in stock when putting them into my cart. There was even an "indicator" next to each item showing the number of % left in their inventory. So, there must be some issue with their website/data/inventory on their end.
*Sigh* I really don't want to write a negative review but the longer I wait the more I feel alarmed, stressed and displeased. This whole shopping experience makes me feel very uneasy and uncertain about this website, their authenticity, reliability, and whether they are going to fulfill my order... This is my first time shopping at Stylevana, I've got no prior good or negative experience, so basically, I relied my trust on other customers (and youtubers) and their positive experience shopping at Stylevana (which they often share on social media).
How many more weeks should I give Stylevana to process my order (before considering a cancellation)?
I wish their Staff responsiveness was better as well as eagerness to solve this issue in a more prompt manner. Or at least think of other solutions.
I'm giving them two (2) and not one (1) star out of five because I still hope this kind of long delay doesn't happen often and that I will receive my order eventually. I really want to write them a positive review next time!
