It claims to sell wholesale from Hong Kong. They take advantage of paypal's horrible buyer protection program. You buy an expensive electronics item for wholesale price, then they send some cheap novelty item. If paypal does find in your favor, they won't refund your money, because the seller has already emptied their account. Don't shop on Offerhk.com. Its a scam.
