TM lost mail that was forwarded by the Post Office (yellow sticker and tracking proof) and did nothing except to say sorry.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use Traveling Mailbox! If they lose mail, they will not make an effort to find it. An official yellow Post Office forward label with the mailbox number is was even on the mail. They cannot be trusted with your mail.
