Update: I'm guessing they saw my review because they quickly contacted me and got my projector replaced. It shouldn't take a bad review to get proper customer service but I'm happy my issue got resolved.

I bought a projector and that they guaranteed to last and it was dead under 1 year. I emailed their support and they asked for an order number. I used their paypal option through their direct website when I ordered the projector so I sent them the email receipt I got from paypal confirming the purchase. That was the only receipt I got and it literally has proof of the purchase, amount, card details, and the item in question yet their support replied saying I need to provide an order number even though I have supplied the receipt I received and that's all I got from them/paypal when I made the purchase. This feels like a total scam job they're trying to pull. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED
