Seems that the initial insurance was never included to my final bill.
So now I have to purchase insurance (separately)
When you phone Flight Hub customer service was very polite and helpful expect they provide you with number to insurance companies of your choice and you have to continue to deal with the problem on your own they cannot just add it on over the phone!
