The front desk clerk had no knowledge are refused to make my reservation she kept directing me to go online after explaining to her several times the online booking will not allow me the option to put in my AAA Discount Card she stated they will do it at check in with Tax included after AAA she quoted me the price 2 Nights $318. Change so Prayerfully laquinta will honor this I was on the phone over a hour trying to get this Reservation resolved poor poor service I never ever experienced this and I've been staying at this laqunta inn for years very very Disappointed
Because I know everything will be done Right with my ground floor Disabled Room and my Room itself I prefer to speak with the property directly
