Berrylook advertises on their web page, that you can cancel your order in the first 24 hours after ordering for a full refund; I did just that, after I read all the reviews - my mistake is to not have read them before ordering; I canceled right after ordering, sent several e-mails and asked for cancellation of order and refund. They are sending me tracking numbers, because the order has shipped - they say; I do not understand a company like PayPal to work with these scam artists, does none of the bad reviews count or our complaints? There are some good Chinese companies out there - this is not one of them - this is fraudulent! I wish, there was more we consumers could t do to stop this company from doing business in this country
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy from BerryLook - period - I wish, I would have read the reviews before ordering ! It is a scam!
They bring a bad reputation to all Chinese clothing companies!
Products used:
they are not here yet - I canceled the order but they sent tracking numbers...I do not want the merchandise;
They offer free refund on their web page for cancellation in a 24 hour time frame - they did not keep that at all
