Half a year ago, our team was looking for a hosting to host a large number of videos. Therefore, we needed a service with a good price for an unlimited number of videos.

It is difficult to meet such conditions, but we were pleasantly surprised by the offer of Cincopa, when switching to their service, to transfer us from a corporate to a new, unique, completely unlimited tariff at a good cost.

Everything went pretty well, although our clients from the CIS countries had problems with access, and some videos were processed by the service for several days and downloaded at a very low speed if the volume was large.

Half a year later, they began to withdraw money from us in three times the amount. At the same time, we did not receive any warning about changes in tariffs and conditions.

After two weeks of correspondence with the support service, they promised me that a manager would contact me. I waited two more weeks for an answer, listening to lies that they had already contacted us.

In a conversation with the manager, it was not possible to come to any agreement. They require our company to pay at the regular, corporate rate, otherwise it is not profitable for them to cooperate with us.

At this point we have contacted our lawyers and are going to file a fraud report against Cincopa.

Cincopa deceived us with an offer and changed the terms without notice. Support and managers can lie to you for weeks or months and it still won't get you anywhere.

I advise you to avoid Cincopa, especially for large companies.

I have used these guys since November 2016 and always paid the bills on time. Back in October...
