Netzero is a zero! - I've had Netzero for about two years, and I have dail-up with them. Everytime I have a dial-up problem they tell me to call them (which by the way... they'll only let you talk to a live person if you put in your Credit Card number in over the phone). <img title="Yell" src="/javascript/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-yell. Gif" border="0" alt="Yell" />Or they tell you to e-mail them... yeah right. When they want you to give them some constructive comments about there service, it's only about the questions they have not what you want to talk about. As far as that $9.95 a year service crap... that automaticlly goes to $12.95 the next year.<img title="Yell" src="/javascript/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-yell. Gif" border="0" alt="Yell" /> And the next year it goes to $16.95 and so on. Quess what, they don't even tell you have that crap when you sign up or any of the other carp as well. I'm changing companies ASAP. WHAT A RIP OFF COMPANY! Do yourself and your family a favor... Stay away from them... FOREVER. I'm suprised my computer did'nt shut down again while typing this article.
P.S. Does anyone know of a GOOD internet company that has a good dial-up package that won't dissapoint you all the time. <img title="Yell" src="/javascript/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-yell. Gif" border="0" alt="Yell" />
