After almost 6 month wait my sauna arrived. And I must say I do love it. Simple to put together (will need 2 people to lift). Some clamps were slightly off but it did not hinder the process, the wood is beautiful and smells wonderful. The product is worth the wait, especially because of the great prices. However, the customer service needs improvement. I had no problem waiting longer, but there needs to be updates on status at least once a month.

Anticipate at least 6 months wait

After almost 6 months, still no sauna. No one responded to multiple calls or emails. In this difficult time for any business Customer service is KEY. If you know you can not ship, notify the customer, be honest. We all understand the shipping issues, but this is not an excuse for poor customer service. These prepaid orders are what keeps your business running, one email per month will be sufficient to keep the customer updated. Inability to respond to inquiries reflects poorly on your business and will not bring new customers and returning customers. Also, you can not charge a re-marketing fee for something that is not in stock.

I've been using the sauna salt cave for a few months now, and I can't imagine my life without it....
Please provide your order number, mam? We are here every date m-f it would be; we could help if we had any order indications - We do have items arriving in the coming weeks. I am sure one has shared that the recent lockdowns in Shanghai and Beijing have slowed shipments. (please see lockdowns in shanghai) those are ongoing as of this date, and our saunas ship from that port. Please note all custom-made items are 6-8 weeks before we get them (in general), and we are at the mercy of covid lockdowns in other parts of the world; please note we do strive to share with clarity and truly the world is dealing with Covid lockdowns. See Shanghai lockdowns via search, and the delays or those are ongoing, and as many notes, those are beyond our control. However, if you provide an order number or call during business hours, we are happy to help; We suspect you were taken care of as the 25% fee is part of the terms of service and reiterated when one calls in, so we think you may have called and been helped.
