I have been a great customer to Splash Wines. One of my all time Fav's. But when I ordered the wrong case and wanted assistance, they were not willing to assist and I got stuck with it. They would not credit me even a penny off of the one I had to keep nor a discount on buying a new one. NOTHING. I have bought cases and cases from them. I will be moving on to one of their competitors who has just as good of wine and packages.
