I bought four custom coffee cups from Angel City Galleria on Etsy. When they arrived, one cup was much thinner than the others and had lots of scratches. When I contacted the seller, they ignored my request for a discount and refused to address my concerns. I am still waiting to hear from them and Etsy does not provide customer service.

I purchased silver beads from Bead Corp and when they arrived I was missing several beads. First, they challenged my word and when I sent photos, they gave me a credit for the missing beads. Then, when I went to use my credit, they had changed the minimum order to $100 forcing me to spend $100 if I wanted to use my credit. So I asked for my credit. I still haven't heard from these shady dishonest people! Give me back my money or send me my silver beads!
