I ordered two outfits. One with custom stitching and other with the standard measurements.
1. The one with standard measurements has poor stitching on the sharara bottoms. Can't wear it the way it is stitched. I sent the pics to the Mirraw team. They promised 60% refund and want me to get it fixed here in USA. However, no refund processed or any detail provided in that regards.
2. The one with custom stitched is a real pain. The stitching is so poor and fit is as bad as it can get. The outfit is beyond fixable. When sent the pics to the mirraw team they gave the lamest response. In their words:- 'Stitching team knew that this outfit could not be stitched per the measurements provided however its rude to tell the same to the customer beforehand so it was stitched however it could and sent out.' Now they are saying that they will provide only 20% refund. Seriously...they are going to keep rest of the money knowing that this issue could have been avoided.
Its already a month and a half that I have been going hence and forth with them.
Biggest mistake to trust them.
