I purchased a stroller system in April for a shower gift. Thinking it might be a few days late. I had no idea it would arrive over 4 months later, the end of August. Their customer service is the worst. Stating the same crap as if it's from a recorded message. It's disappointing when you try to support "small businesses" just to end up stressed out. We thought my cousin would be able to look down from heaven to see his son in the stroller he wanted. And it was also the wrong color and the expecting mother was going through too much and had already received two other strollers. SHAME ON YOU!
