We bought an event shelter less than a year ago and on the second time of taking it down the elastic bungee in the pole broke. We've used an event shelter that we borrowed for several years before this with no issue so I can only assume that this is a fault.

I have contacted the store to be told that the poles are a consumable and not covered and therefore the tent is perfectly usable but that if there should be an issue with the actual tent they would look into it. This is shocking, it's less than a year old, not a cheap item and not usable at all with a broken pole.

I won't be buying from them again and suggest that other people do the same. Absolutely no regard for people.
