I had ordered replacement keycaps for my Logitech iPad keyboard for $40 CAD for 4 keycaps (ridiculous price by the way). Unlike others here, my order was successfully shipped and delivered. However, upon receiving my replacement keycaps, I discovered they are the wrong colour and had the wrong hinges for my keyboard. Naturally, I emailed the company asking if I was able to get a refund or exchange. They responded with a poorly written, grammatical nightmare of an email asking for more details. I responded to their email with the needed details... almost two weeks ago. I've sent two more follow-up emails. Nothing. No response from the company. I doubt I'll ever be able to get the right keycaps. Do not waste your time on a company that overcharges you for the wrong keycaps and gives terrible customer service.
