I liked John's therapy for many reasons.
1. He is logical in his approach and his objective is his client's self-reliance for which he works with all his capability and intelligence.
2. He works with a goal in mind that his clients should become independent in some time and do it by themselves.
3. He uses light humor, stories, and great examples of people who got through the issues.
4. I have felt great relief with pent-up emotions and felt improvement in myself in past two years.
