I initially had a good experience with Legal Docs, where I got my food license quickly. On March 7th my license expired and I tried to renew it directly from the official website to my strangely different phone number and email address rather than mine apart from the application. So the idea is that we can only renew again using their service... Business tactics. But from customer's point of view, it's totally frustrating and betraying customer for their own purpose. Why we again use their service, when we can do the thing by our own hands and not providing details related to our registration is against business ethics.
