Ordered my best friends 65th Birthday card on 5th October, it was going to Spain, so I paid all the extras etc. Had email telling me my order would arrived 10th or 11th October, that was great as her birthday is 27th October, so I put a note on front, do not open until 27th October! 19th October still no card, contacted them that night, very poor response 2 working days later. 24th October still no card, wrote another email. 25th October a different person responded asking me if the case was now resolved. I replied asking if it was some kind of joke. Then had another email this morning by the original customer service guy asking me if they should send a replacement. I emailed replies to both emails, asking for an agent to respond to me by telephone... still waiting... still no card and her birthday is tomorrow. How extremely upsetting. They had three weeks and 1 day to do this. Absolutely appalling.
