What a disaster this was, wanted to get a teacup bichon brise they had one available agreement was to pay half now plus $150 shipping ok sounds good right? WRONG! Once the puppy is "purchased" then they hit you with all of the extras that are required $530 for a crate for transport $430 for pet insurance even though I told them that it is not required in the state I live in to have it, absolutely needs to be done 100% so send my money but sending it to all these different email addresses it was so bizzare, I finally paid them all this and on the day the dog was supposed to ship I get an email from their "shipper" that I need to pay an additional $230 for deworming and rabies shots the dog is only 14 weeks so it is to young for this they told me they consulted with their "vet" and it needs to happen or we can ship out the dog. At this point I was so frustrated I told them to cancel everything I still have not received any refund even though the pet insurance, crate and deworming were all "refundable" everyone including the people who sold me the dog went radio silent, filed claim with my credit card company to dispute it. Received another text message because they do not speak with you only text that I owe another $265 for boarding and feeding. What a SCAM this is DO NOT purchase from them. So now I am broke and have no dog.
