I contacted 123cards and spoke to Sasha via email and briefly explained my problem. She was kind, helpful, very patient and she made me feel very confident that she would resolve my issue. She was diligent in her approach and quickly resolved my problem. Sasha had excellent customer service skills. When speaking with Sasha her confidence and take charge attitude makes you feel confident in her ability to resolve any issue one might have. You just feel like you can trust her.
