You can read the other reviews on Google. It seems there are many fake ones. I purchased the RV in October and it took them until February to file the paperwork with the DMV. They were supposed to have done this in 30 days. I contacted them a few times, and had to get an attorney to contact them to finally get this complete.

They seemed nice at first and a lower price than most dealers. Be aware they do have a $1995 dealer fee, a $699 prep fee, and a $699 fee for a weight hitch they force you to purchase. So the price comes up.

I purchased a new unit that was last years model. The units seem to not be taken care of by them. The one they sold me that I was ready to pickup had a bad water pump, and later found out a hole in the roof. They switched me to another one that the electric hot water heater did not work. I arrived around 2pm and went through the unit to test everything out. They were NOT knowledgeable about the trailer. I had watched a youtube video of a customer at a reputable dealer walking him around his trailer. It was the same unit and I at least learned about the trailer. They came no where near the same walkthrough.

If you purchase a unit from them expect many problems with the trailer that they will not fix, as others have relayed. Even if they offer I would decline. The senior tech who called the owner many names in the short visit was trying to hook the water heater to the fridge electric outlet as it was not working. If I would have let him the fuse would have constantly blown on me if using both. It was a loose wire at the breaker the was easy for another dealer to figure out in under an hour.

All in all the door does not close properly, the window does not lock closed. The toilet has a leak out the front, the radio would not turn off or switch to the inside zone, and the water heater wire was loose.

Not to mention they did not include the teddy bear covers on the bunk beds as promised. All I can say is to stay away from them. Even the senior tech warned to read the google reviews in how the cheapness of the owner. He will also get you to sign an arbitration agreement that he has picked out two companies. So you cannot sue them.

The also do not sign all the papers right there. They give you an envelope of unsigned papers. Will all the mess going on outside I was not even thinking about this. In hindsight see how under the table they are.

Topcashback has the highest cashback percent on paper, but when they either keep your cashback, or cannot get it other vendors seem to be better. I used Rakuten in the past, and never had this issue.

I have opened a few tickets for Sams Club, and get a response months later that it was denied. They say they will not honor the purchase even with the receipt. I sent an order number but still denied.

I have four laptop purchases through lenovo that are showing $0. I have opened new tickets. At the point if they do not honor the purchases it may be time to check class action lawsuit options.

I know I will not make another large purchase through them. A server purchase for 4k is not even showing in the list at this point.

I always make sure to use Chrome as Brave browser seems to not allow them to track. I do get the popup on the right saying they are tracking the purchase. The issue is the just show a $0 for the payable.

Time to go back to Rakuten. The percent may be lower, but getting something is better than a promise of nothing.

Vendor contacted me saying I used another portal, or code. That is all incorrect. I use google Chrome as the Brave browser can block the cashback with the privacy in the browser. Now I am back to Rakuten and my Sams Club, and Lenovo purchases are working I am getting 10% on a $1500 dell purchase. Where TopCashBack did not give me my money Rakuten does. I guess you can check how many others have these issues. I relayed I opened many cased with customer service who would take months to say sorry we are not giving your money to you. Also to late for me to return and repurchase the item to try to really get cashback. STAY AWAY!
