On 4-6-21 I inquired via Instagram messaging if their two pulley system would work with
PRx. I was told, "It sure will." I placed my order for two systems. They arrived on 4-12-21. Immediately I realized the system would not work with PRx and I contacted Pullerypro via email and IG messaging that it did work and I would like to return one unit. In fact not only did it work but they include zero instructions. On 4-14 I received a response that I would need an additional base to make it work along with two links to purchase products on Amazon or use a Kettlebell to stabilize it. They are assuming I own a Kettlebell or that I wanted to make their product work. By 4-16 I had the product packaged and ready to return. This is when the company became non communicative or communicated at their convenience. As 4-16 I messaged that I wanted a return address or I was contacting the BBB. I was fed up with the runaround at that point. In the next hour, 6 a.m., my time, I started receiving messages from a foreign number regarding the return. All of a sudden I should check my email regarding the return procedure. There was a promise of a label and an email. None of which occurred. As of today, 4-18-21, I still have no resolution

I should also add this company claims to be based in TX but I was charged an international bank fee to convert funds and as I mentioned above the foreign text from. In addition the email on their website was incorrect at the time I tried to contact them initially regarding a return, which I pointed out to them on IG messenger. They played dumb. They have no negative reviews on social media because they delete them.

I wish they had been more reviews available to me, therefore I am leaving this here and anywhere I can think of. Next time I will use PayPal to avoid a similar catastrophe. This could have been avoided had they answered my inquiry honestly from the start and/or were more responsive to my return inquiry.
