I am somewhat disappointed in my covers. What started out as great customer service and attention slowly deteriorated it seemed after I received them. I took my time and did my research both with other companies as well as this one. When I spoke with Rep, I made it very clear that that the measurements I was taking were as close as I could get them to exact like he suggested I do as well as by the instructions online. He also mentioned that it really was not a big deal to be exact as they added a couple of inches to each to ensure a good easy fit. Well, when received, the covers are of nice quality but the fit is terrible. My wife and I are disappointed in that they do not fit properly but after stretching them and the use of several bungee cords, they will work. When I tried explaining this to the rep, I got a simple, sorry we build them on your measurements so not responsible. I totally get it and I should have trusted my gut and not given the exact measurement so that I allowed several inches in all directions to make sure it covers without stretching them like a diver's wet suit! Sadly, every time I look at them now or have to remove them to use, I get upset as it is a challenge and we avoid it most of the times now vs being able to use them as they were intended.

Basically was told, we built the covers to your measurements and we do not allow extra so sorry !!
Again, it is totally my fault as I should have not assumed anything but that they would only build to the spec I gave them even though I was told differently at the time prior to ordering. Sadly, the covers are really nice and I think would have been great for the 4 pc sofa set but it just doesn't work as nicely as I thought it would have.
