“Shopee, the rogue collaborator”

Seller delivered a fake and defective tv. Shopee 'claim agent' quickly responded by asking me to return the goods and will assist me to make a refund... ALL LIP SERVICE.
After chasing them for a few weeks, they replied that my request for a refund has been rejected. The seller is to send back to me, all the $#*! stuffs and the case is classified 'closed'. The chat line was discontinued. I've lost my right to contest the decision.
Typical modus operandi of scammers. Consumer affairs and legal authorities should seriously investigate these e-commerce rogues and stop them from taking in more victims
