They changed my flight to 6 hours later on their own and there was no change in the airline schedule which they falsely claimed. Then we would not give refund. They wanted me to travel on whatever they gave me and I had no say. Ended up wasting that ticket and buying new one from a reputable travel co. For change they sent this mail of response in 7 days for flight the day after. Pic attached
Avoid these scamsters as they making a living out of people's miseries.
Tip for consumers:
They just show low fares to attract...it's a scam as letter they bump you off to other cheaper flights
