I purchased a dishwasher just 14 months ago which is now broken. I did not purchase the extended warranty. Called GE Consumer Relations to see if they would repair even though it was only two months out of warranty and they would not honor the repairs. Was told there's nothing they could do. Customer has to hold on for a very long time to be connected to a live person who refuses to help. This is the first and last time for me purchasing any GE products, except for a light bulb. Don't buy GE products because they are no good. I always thought GE was reputable but found out otherwise.
