I'm embarrassed to say, I've been scammed. I write this to warn others about this company.

After seeing an interesting Facebook ad for Alucia skin cream, I signed up for their free trial. All I had to do was pay the $4.99 shipping and handling. I agreed to that and was immediately linked to another page for a free trial of Lumella Eye Serum. There was no backing out of the page. I should have immediately closed out the link, but I had already entered my credit card number. The scam red flags were waving. I ended up with a free trial of Alucia and of Lumella, for $10 shipping and handling.

When the sample sized products arrived, I found both to be the comparable to Elmers Glue. What icky stuff! I threw them away thinking, oh well, $10 down the drain. Two weeks later two $100 charges showed up on my credit card! It turns out that box I checked agreeing to pay the shipping and handling fee was somehow connected to agreeing to (unknown to me) "terms and conditions" of the trial offer. The "terms and conditions", as it turns out, state that if you don't contact them within 2 weeks, you're agreeing to pay what they claim to be full price for the products.

The product is useless, and the whole deal is set up to just cheat you out of $200. Learn from my mistake and avoid this company like the plague!

Poshmark posted some appealing Facebook ads, so I downloaded the app to give it a try. My first purchase was a pair of black fringe booties. The seller, Kimology, listed the Liliana brand booties as true to size as well as made with leather and suede. I ordered a size larger than I usually wear so I could wear socks with them. I received the booties in 2 days, beautifully packaged, and looking like they did in the pictures on the Poshmark app, but when I tried them on, I couldn't even get my foot past the opening. They were certainly not true to US sizes. When I looked at the materials stamp on the shoe, it clearly said, "ALL MAN MADE MATERIALS."

I contacted Poshmark to let them know about the problems with the booties, and they told me they were reviewing my return request. Since when do I have to wait for a return merchandise authorization for a pair of shoes? I've never heard of such a thing! In a few days they emailed me asking for more pictures. A few more days went by and they refused my "claim." When I contacted Kimology about the misrepresentation of the product she sold me, she said "Poshmark doesn't accept returns if you buy the wrong size." I told her about the MANMADE stamp on the shoes, and asked her to post a picture of a stamp proving otherwise. She ignored me. Kimology continues to sell the Liliana brand on Poshmark, and Poshmark protects her fraudulent business.

I've filed a fraud report with my credit card company, and I do not recommend this website or app in any way.

Do not order this product. It is a total scam. Read the small print and you will see how you will...
