This company did not deliver our blinds. We disputed the charge with our credit card company. They finally reached out to us, and claimed it was a UPS error, and asked us to remove the dispute since this was bad for their credit. They promised to issue a refund check. We were nice and cooperated to help them out, removing the dispute. They never sent the promised check. It's been a month, and they claim it was mailed. Although the check was never cashed and never received, today they told me that the supervisor will not reissue it. *** UPDATE: The accounting department received the return check in the mail and called me to confirm my address. They forwarded the check to me. So although it took A LOT of effort, and time, in the end, I wasn't out any cash. So I'm raising my review to 3 stars.
